We will make reasonable efforts to match you with a suitable Expert based on the information provided. We do not guarantee a match will be found, nor that any Expert will be available within a specific timeframe. Match quality is dependent on the accuracy and detail of your submission.
6. Payments
Any fees paid to Experts are agreed directly between you and the Expert. mybiggestchallenge.com may charge an introductory or platform fee, which will be communicated clearly before any charge is made. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mybiggestchallenge.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Expert services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.
